I went online to get some auto insurance quotes in hopes of lowering my policy premiums, which had been steadily increasing over the last several years. State Farm was not one of the companies that I chose to get a quote from, but I sure am glad I did. Megan spent a lot of time with me going over coverage amounts and answering questions until I was fully prepared to switch from Progressive. The night before my appointment with Zach to complete the process I had a minor accident and didn’t know how to handle it. Zach spent several minutes over the phone with me providing expert advice. I handled it exactly the way he suggested and it all worked out for the best.
My coverage through State Farm for both my auto and renter’s insurances are much better than Progressive’s and my policy premiums are much lower. I received excellent customer service from Megan and Zach. They are professional and knowledgeable. They made the process of switching from Progressive to State Farm easy. I am extremely happy with making the change to State Farm. I highly recommend Megan and Zach."
